Types of Data Accessed by Suite Link (hereinafter "this Application") and How It Is Obtained

Google Account Email Address and Basic Information

• This application accesses the email address, name, and profile picture of the user signed into Google Workspace.

• This application does not access any sensitive information other than this (e.g., passwords).

• Zettalinx Inc. (hereinafter "the Company") determines whether the customer owns a license based on their Google account, using a cloud server managed by the Company.

Google Classroom Data

This application accesses the Google Classroom class and assignment information specified by the user.

• Acquisition of file IDs for attachments (Docs, Sheets, Slides) in specified classes/assignments

Google Drive Data

This application accesses data in Google Drive accessible by the user (such as attachments in Docs, Sheets, Slides).

◆Examples◆

• Display of a list of attachments (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for specified classes/assignments

• Data extraction and cross-referencing of Slides and Docs from multiple students

• Exporting displayed data to Sheets

• Selection of files to be granted permissions using the Google Picker API

• Granting temporary viewing permissions to attachments to allow other students to view them using the Google Drive API

The obtained data is used only within this application and is not transmitted to or stored on external servers.

Acquired data 

The user's email address obtained by this application is stored on a cloud server managed by the Company.

*This data is handled in accordance with the Company's privacy policy.

The Company stores script execution errors and error code line numbers on a Google logging cloud server under the Company's management. This data is used for app maintenance.

Acquired data of Google API 

The use of information received from Google APIs (by this application) and its transfer to other apps complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data protection mechanisms for sensitive data

Customer confidential data is recorded in an encrypted and secure logging system.

Disclaimers around data retention and deletion

The Company retains customer personal information for a period consistent with the Company's business purposes.

Unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law, the Company will retain customer personal information for the period necessary to achieve the purposes outlined in this privacy policy.

We will delete customer personal information upon customer request.

When we share, transfer, or disclose Google user data with third parties
