Suite Function Pack Google Workspace Add-ons Application Privacy Policy

Zettalinx Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") sets forth this Application Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") regarding the handling of user information in the Google Workspace add-on software "Suite Function Pack" (hereinafter referred to as "this Application") provided by the Company as follows.

1. Data Handling

This Application processes values passed to custom functions in Google Sheets™ solely for the purpose of performing calculations and transformations specified by the user and returning the results. Processing is performed within the Google Apps Script execution environment.

The Company does not collect or store these input values or calculation results, nor does it send them to the Company's servers or external services. Furthermore, the Company does not use these data for advertising, usage analysis, or sales.

2. Data Retention and Deletion

Because the Company does not retain input values or calculation results, there is no such data to be deleted on the provider's side. Data within spreadsheets can be managed and deleted by the users themselves.

3. Advertising

This Application does not deliver commercial third-party advertisements within the app, nor does it conduct tracking (data collection) for advertising purposes.

4. Google Services

The handling of data by Google in Google Sheets and Google Apps Script is governed by Google's applicable terms and privacy policies.
